A Kansas prairie native raised on her family’s farm and ranch, Tiffany Durr earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University. Working alongside her husband on their Kansas farm and raising the next generation, Tiffany is committed to saving soils and advancing perennial grains so that future farmers and ranchers—including her own children—can thrive. Channeling that heritage and passion into her work at The Land Institute, Tiffany leads operations and infrastructure for the campus and facilities, creating sustainable spaces that empower people and science to advance perennial grains and shape a resilient agricultural future.
My most perennial trait: Steadfast Stewardship — tending people, plants, and places with vision and care so they flourish long into the future.
