What drew you to work at TLI?

The opportunity to get hands-on experience in changing the standard of farming to something new that hasn’t been done before.

What would people never guess that you’ve done as part of your role?

During my time at The Land I became a plant wrangler, a skill that will go nicely with my cattle wrangling skills.

What’s been most inspiring about your time at The Land Institute?

To ask the big questions that lead to a bigger change.

What is your motto / favorite quote?

“Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible.” – Claude Bissell
