Eric Schlosser

Writer, investigative journalist, and filmmaker Eric Schlosser is the New York Times bestselling author of Fast Food Nation, Reefer Madness, and Command and Control, and a finalist for the 2014 Pulitzer Prize in History. Fast Food Nation helped start a revolution in how Americans think about what they eat. Schlosser has also helped to produce several films, including Fast Food Nation, There Will Be Blood, Food, Inc., Food, Inc. 2, and Food Chains. He has served on The Land Institute board of directors since 2020.
