Evan James Cobey joins us from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He has a Bachelor of Arts double major in Environmental Studies and Spanish and will complete a Masters of Sustainability Solutions at Arizona State University in Fall 2022.

What drew you to work at TLI?
I want to help with the monumental work the organization is doing to combat climate change.
What’s one aspect of your life history that most people don’t know or wouldn’t expect?
I was a percussionist in school band from 6th-12th grade, and into my Junior year of college. I also played in various recreational bands on the side.
What else are you passionate about (outside of work)?
I am passionate about nature writing, sports, traveling and anything outdoors.
