Graham is a native of Salina and is planning on studying in a STEM field for his undergraduate degree. As an intern at The Land Institute, Graham has enjoyed aiding an institution which seeks to aid humanity – and as he says, “Humanity happens to be a pretty neat part of my life”. He’s served as a utility player on The Land Institute team.
What drew you to work at The Land?
What Land Institute perennial crop do you look forward to eating most, and how would you prepare it?
Kernza® grain is the obvious choice. I would prepare it in pancake for so I can choose between eating it with jam or with syrup each meal.
Where is your favorite spot or place at The Land?
On top of the mulch pile; it’s quite the view.
