Q&A

What drew you to work at The Land?

Science!

What Land Institute perennial crop do you look forward to eating most, and how would you prepare it?

Kernza® grain is the obvious choice. I would prepare it in pancake for so I can choose between eating it with jam or with syrup each meal.

Where is your favorite spot or place at The Land?

On top of the mulch pile; it’s quite the view.
