Katherine is an intern with The Land Institute. Her hometown is Cumberland Gap, Tennessee. She is entering her senior year at Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Environmental Science. She is a member of her university’s Plant and Soil Science club and hopes to work in the national park systems after graduation. She is also an avid reader.
