Laura Froese

Raised in Kansas, Laura Froese completed her Bachelor’s in Accounting at Texas A&M University while playing a whole lot of volleyball. After several years of living in Louisiana and Hawaii, she returned to her Kansas roots, bringing experiences in banking, healthcare, production planning, and accounting. Laura is passionate about aligning robust and transparent financial systems to ensure long-term organizational sustainability. At The Land Institute, Laura manages accounting and finance operations, ensures compliance with federal regulations, and helps build processes that enable research and mission-driven work to thrive.
