Liberty considers the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina home, although she now lives near The Land Institute’s headquarters on the prairie plains of Salina, Kansas. She has an educational background in Art History and Middle Eastern Studies, experience as an administrative assistant, and many years of hospitality experience, such as food service and catering.
