Q&A

What is most inspiring about your specific position at The Land Institute?

Seeing the plants I worked with and the experiments I’ve worked on in previous years continue to make progress.

What drew you to work at The Land Institute?

The people are nice, and I don’t mind the hard work.

What perennial grain do you look forward to eating most, and how would you prepare it?

I want to bake Kernza biscuits in a cast iron skillet.

What else are you passionate about outside of work?

Digital Technology and high performance computing. I don’t care what the problem is – if it requires high-end computer hardware, I will find it interesting.
