Mathew King
General Research Assistant
Matthew holds a BS in geophysics and a minor in mathematics from Texas A&M University and studied at the Santa Fe Institute, a complex systems science research institute. He moved from San Antonio, TX to Salina this summer, where he has been working as a climbing arborist. Matthew is incredibly enthusiastic about JADAM ultra-low-cost organic farming method developed by Youngsang Cho (anaerobic fermentation process to heal the soil…ask him about it…), perennial plants, and microecology. He’s interested in the practical side of simplifying methods of farming and food production to make them accessible for humans.
