Intermediate wheatgrass as a dual use crop for grain and grazing

Olivia Hamilton was born and raised throughout the Great Plains and considers Salina, Kansas, USA, her home. She first engaged with The Land Institute as a volunteer at the 2014 Prairie Festival, where she was drawn to its pursuit of sustainable agriculture. At The Land Institute, Olivia focuses on daily greenhouse support tasks, from caring for the research plants to the greenhouse insectary and everything in between.
