Pat Crepps lives in Salina, Kansas, and originally hails from Fargo, North Dakota. He holds a degree in Sustainable Food Production from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
What experiences are most relevant to your position at The Land Institute?
For 7 years I operated my own sustainable farming operation raising pastured pork and poultry and growing mushrooms. I learned how to be innovative and develop new ways of working on my own timeframe.
What drew you to The Land Institute?
I have followed and supported the work of The Land Institute for years.
What else are you passionate about (outside of work)?
In addition to sustainable farming, I love to cook.
