Talia Masino
Visiting Researcher, Perennial Cultures Lab
Talia joins The Land Institute from the Sustainability Science program at Lund University in Sweden. She recently completed her master’s thesis, interviewing farmers in Denmark about their visions for transitioning to more soil-healthy farming practices. Her research is part of the ERC-funded PERENNIAL project. This summer, Talia will be engaging with civic science and other Perennial Cultures efforts along with the Ecosphere Fellows Program. She’s also keen to gain hands-on experience with perennial grains and will have some availability as a general research assistant. It is her first time in the US, and she is looking forward to a rich cultural exchange
