Around the Farm Table is a PBS Wisconsin lifestyle show hosted by dairy farmer and cheesemaker Inga Witscher. The show celebrates agriculture in Wisconsin with a special focus on sustainable farming and artisanal food production. The goal in making an episode about Kernza was to educate viewers about the benefits of perennial agriculture and to celebrate some of the farmers and food producers who are working with Kernza in the state. This episode features interviews with Valentin Picasso of the University of Wisconsin and Nicole Tautges of the Michael Fields Agricultural Institute, as well as some local food producers who are using Kernza in baking and brewing.
