Stacy Holt

Stacy D. Holt Jr. was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and it is still the place he calls home. He has travelled around the United States and outside of the country, but says no other place has felt more like home! He received his Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences with an ecological/environmental/organismal (EEO) focus from Wichita State University in the spring of 2020. In the last semester of Stacy’s undergraduate studies, he decided to apply to the graduate degree program in biological sciences at Wichita State. He was fortunate enough to be accepted and to continue studying in Dr. James Beck’s Plant Systematics Lab, which he was also a part of for undergraduate research.
