Our staff come from across the globe to The Land Institute, working onsite at our Kansas headquarters, in ten US states and counting, and on several continents. We are also an intergenerational team with staff ages ranging from 16 to 60+, from the 1st year in a job to 50 years in the workforce.

From short-term seasonal, post bac, post doc, and fellowship roles to full-time positions, jobs include scientists, research and field technicians, lab managers, and farm and facilities, operations, fundraisers, communications and marketers, finance and accountants, and many administration roles.
