Intermediate wheatgrass as a dual use crop for grain and grazing

Cedar Van Tassel was born and raised in Saline County, Kansas, USA, and attended Marlboro College in Vermont for his Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Sculpture. He has been in The Land Institute’s sphere of influence for most of his life and found the appeal of perennial plants undeniable. Now at The Land Institute, Cedar will be working on prairie restoration and land stewardship projects at the Marty Bender Nature Area and elsewhere with the Perennial Cultures Lab program
My most perennial trait is Scavenging-I love finding new uses for old materials, in the wood shop and wider world.
