Research intern Crystal Ma came to The Land Institute from Williams College, where she studies Biology and Studio Art. During her time here, Crystal hopes to gain a better understanding of the tensions between agriculture as a holistic practice and a reductionist science. When not in a lab or research plot, she can often be found combing through the peach tree on campus.
