Fletcher joins The Land Institute from his home base in the Connecticut River Valley of Western Massachusetts. He holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, and has always had an interest in what makes people tick as individuals and groups. Fletcher has spent his career working with clients, donors, and partners to build relationships, solve problems, and raise funds. He looks forward to using his background in the technology world to help translate and communicate the work of The Land Institute when engaging with the organization’s donor and funder audiences. Fletcher also seeks to utilize his collective experience to aid in continuing The Land Institute’s efforts to develop and expand networks in support of perennial agriculture.
