Intermediate wheatgrass as a dual use crop for grain and grazing

Holly Staats’s love for the outdoors as a Vermont native guided her to study Environmental Science at Skidmore College, where she developed a passion for sustainable land management. She studied and mapped the soil health of regenerative farms and forest ecosystems during her undergrad. At The Land Institute, Holly is examining and communicating the benefits perennial grain crops have for soil health.
My most perennial trait is my Internal Monologue.
