Born and raised in Salina, Kansas, Trayten Grace attended Kansas State University for a degree in Horticulture Production. He has a deep love and appreciation for the Great Plains and its flora and fauna. At The Land Institute, Trayten helps maintain the greenhouse facilities, which are critical to ongoing research on perennial grain crops.
My most perennial trait: Planting native plants. All day, every day.
