Perennial Films is hosting a screening of the Beer Saves the World short film at the Skyfire Environmental Film Festival in Mesa, Arizona, on March 28, 2026. The film spotlights the growing use of Kernza® perennial grain in the craft brewing industry and the role of craft brewers in delivering sustainability benefits and unique, tasty products to consumers nationwide.

Following the screening, Kelly Sallaway, one of the film’s directors, will lead a discussion on storytelling, sustainability, and film production centered on environmental impact. The screening and discussion will take place at Arizona State University’s Media and Immersive Experience (MIX) Center in Mesa, Arizona, during day two of the three-day festival.
