Aubrey Streit Krug, Director of The Land Institute’s Perennial Cultures Lab, will lead a Living Roots session at the Groundswell Festival on Thursday, July 2nd. Her session will draw inspiration from her new book, which she co-edited alongside Liz Carlisle, to inform attendees about the promise that perennial foods hold for nourishing people and repairing our environment. Aubrey’s session takes place at the Lannock farm in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, from 11 am – 12 pm local time (GMT+1).
“The Groundswell Regenerative Agriculture Festival provides a forum for farmers, growers, or anyone interested in food production and the environment to learn about the theory and practical applications of regenerative farming systems.”
