Welcome to the North - The Land Institute

To welcome the world to the North this winter, Askov Finlayson is kicking off Super Bowl weekend with the release of “Keep the North Cold”: a golden ales that uses all Minnesota-grown ingredients, and most notably of these, Kernza perennial grain.
The event will serve hot chili from The Bachelor Farmer, bonfires, hot cocktails from Marvel Bar, and our new Fair State Brewing Cooperative collaboration beer, Keep the North Cold, on tap.
This event is free and open to the public.
