The University of Minnesota’s Forever Green Initiative is hosting an interactive workshop on July 7 around the use of Kernza® perennial grain and other “continuous living crop” ingredients in innovative food products. This workshop will feature demonstrations, success stories, and discussions on the use of new food ingredients to support regenerative agriculture, build community resilience, and offer compelling stories to consumers.
This multi-track workshop is ideal for those interested in product sustainability, research & development, brand & marketing, procurement, and more. It takes place at the University of Minnesota’s St. Paul campus on July 7 from 9 am – 4 pm Central Time. Interested attendees must register for the event in advance and can select from a number of ticket types based on their affiliation.
