Intermediate wheatgrass as a dual use crop for grain and grazing

This work discusses the interconnection between ecology and agriculture, emphasizing that challenges in agriculture arise from our disconnection from natural ecosystems. The authors assert that while agricultural practices have historically prioritized human ingenuity over ecological wisdom, a merge of disciplines is necessary for sustainability. They argue for the importance of agroecology as a prescriptive science that addresses both ecological and socio-economic factors, ultimately benefiting both domains.
