A collection of researchers across The Land Institute, University of Minnesota, Savanna Institute, and Lund University published a chapter in the book The Science and Practice of Agroecology to underscore the importance of perennial grains for sustainable food production and the pathways for developing and improving perennial grain crops to address global challenges for ecosystems and agriculture.
