Kernza® Beer and Climate-Friendly Brewing Practices - The Land Institute

Climate Central did a walkthrough of Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon to understand how Kernza® beer and drought-resilient hops varieties are two ways that Deschutes is supporting climate-friendly crops to ensure that consumers can still enjoy the beer they love while being mindful of a changing climate.
