Chris Reimer, Land Relations Research Manager at The Land Institute, is presenting at the Kansas Museum of History on July 10th to tell the story of the organization’s environmental history and its significance to the Salina, Kansas area and surrounding prairie ecosystems. Chris will also discuss The Land Institute’s 50-year-long efforts to transform agriculture with perennial grain crops.
The event is free to attend and open to the public. It takes place from 6:30 – 8 pm Central Time on Friday, July 10 at the Kansas Museum of History (6425 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS, United States, Kansas 66615). During this time, Adam Hodge, head of reference in State Archives at the museum, will also present to attendees a special exhibit titled “Kansas 1776: A Dynamic Landscape” starting at 5:30 pm.
