Tessa Peters, Director of Crop Stewardship at The Land Institute, will be presenting as a Keynote Speaker at this year’s Western Colorado Soil Health, Food and Farm Forum in Montrose, Colorado. Her presentation, titled “Perennial Grains to Change Agriculture,” will center on the importance of diverse mixtures of perennials that can produce grain for human food in the face of climate change and will take place on Friday, January 26th at 4pm MST.
