The magazine publication Edible Minnesota is hosting an event on October 1st to highlight Perennial Percent™, the world’s first and only program for perennial grain food and beverage products and ingredients launched by The Land Institute and spearheaded by Minnesota companies Bang Brewing and Sturdiwheat. The event will take place at Bang Brewing (2320 Capp Rd, St Paul, MN 55114) and offer attendees the opportunity to connect with these perennial leaders on their work and related products. The ticket cost is $25, which includes admission to the event and one drink from Bang Brewing.
