Over the years, we’ve been lucky to form a close friendship with National Geographic photographer and local Kansan, Jim Richardson. Jim has visited The Land Institute many times to help showcase the beauty and vigor of perennial grain crops through his lens and perspective.

This week, we’ll be sharing select images from his archives on our social media, and on Friday, Jim will be taking over our Facebook and Instagram to give us a behind the scenes look into how he is able to capture these stunning images of roots and soil profiles.
